What is SELFtrepreneurship?
SELFtrepreneurship is a mental model, a process of learning and development, a way of thinking and acting that you can incorporate into your life.
The goal of SELFtrepreneurship is to expand the awareness of individuals so that they can carry out their personal and professional projects – in the organization where they work, in their own business or as independent professionals -, building a future from the very essence.
The main driver of SELFtrepreneurship is the PURPOSE, the desire to move in a direction, starting from your own TALENTS, what you do best, and the VALUES, what energizes and mobilizes you.
The SELFtrepreneurship supports people, teams and organizations to reflect on the purpose, map possible paths and put projects into practice.

If so, get to know RUA Online – “Rede Ubuntu de Aprendizagem” (Ubuntu Network of Learning – UNL), a course created by Eduardo Seidenthal, one of the founders of the Ubuntu Network, to give you more clarity about what do you want to accomplish, mapping paths towards it, in a light and deep way. At the moment, the course is only available in PORTUGUESE. You can access it for a nominal fee of R$ 1,00 (less than a Dollar).

Ubuntu Ethics is an eternal process of reflections and learnings about the human essence. It means living by assuming our interdependence, translated into three main principles: Ethics of Care, Bridge-Building and Servant Leadership.
Ubuntu is to “Become a person”! It is to understand that “a person is a person through other people”. That is to say: I am because you are. You are because we are!
Nelson Mandela has inspired generations to live according to Ubuntu values, beyond the borders of South Africa and the African continent to the world. His teachings also inspire the Ubuntu Network of SELFtrepreneurship.
To be and to live Ubuntu is to seek the union between all human beings, recognizing their differences.
In this context of interdependence, the Ubuntu Network of SELFtrepreneurship is part of the Ubuntu Global Network (UGN), a network that brings together people and organizations dedicated to spreading the values of Ubuntu Ethics. Through the exchange of experiences, projects and initiatives, its members seek to transform the society in which we live.

The Ubuntu Network is a collaborative network. An ecosystem of free interaction of people and organizations dedicated to the development of SELFtrepreneurship around the world, from the Ubuntu way of living.
What do you have to do to be part of the Ubuntu Network? Just be and live Ubuntu and SELFtrepreneurship!!!
It is you who call yourself part or not, based on your beliefs in a collaborative and interdependent world, an Ubuntu world!!! And also believing and seeking to look within yourself, reflecting on your purpose and your essence, and moving towards the accomplishment of this purpose, that is, following your journey of SELFtrepreneurship.
The Ubuntu Network’s desire is that more and more people to look at and live according to their essences, in a collaborative and interdependent way. The responsibility for what it is done and how it is organized rests with each person and their relationships – and not something institutionalized. Therefore, there is no member or non-member, as the Ubuntu Network of SELFtrepreneruship is not an organization.

How to contribute to the Ubuntu Network of SELFtrepreneurship
Drawing inspiration from the Ubuntu Ethics and the SELFtrepreneurship and trying to live by following its principles. To deepen, watch the RUA Online course, the first program of RUA – “Rede Ubuntu de Aprendizagem” (Ubuntu Learning Network-UNL), read “The Roots of SELFtrepreneurship” and participate in the Mentoring of the same name.
Communicating to the people around you about how much you are inspired by this movement. And identifying projects with the seal “Inspired by the Ubuntu Network of SELFtrepreneurship”
Participating in the Mentoring “The Roots of SELFtrepreneurship”, facilitated every six months by Eduardo Seidenthal. Thus, you will also be financing, in Brazil, the Academia de Líderes Ubuntu (The Ubuntu Leaders Academy), a project for training young people for Servant Leadership, since 1/3 of the “Roots” income goes to this project.

Because it is an ecosystem, the Ubuntu Network does not have a centralized contact form or even a contact email, as a network does not have a center. The Ubuntu Network works in a distributed manner.
